What data we process
This website has no forms, user accounts, cookies or visitor analytics. We only process the personal data you choose to send us when you write to us by email or call us: typically your name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, as needed to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations at your request: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To manage the business relationship that may follow: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and for the periods required by law.
Who receives it
We do not sell or rent your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our email provider and our website host. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Write to administration@obrasanconsulting.com. If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
